State of the Industry Report 2007

On Page 5 under the heading of Microelectromechanical Systems we read:
"Southswestern Pennsylvania also is poised to be on the forefront of microelectromechanical
systems (MEMS). The MEMS Industry Group is based in Pittsburgh, and Carnegie Mellon
University's Center for Interdisciplinary Nanotechnology Research has become a hub
for collaboration and research. Key MEMS companies include Akustica, Xactix, Verimetra,
Bridge Semiconductor, IC Mechanids and others."
